STEVEN DEMETRIOS ATESHOGLOU is a partner with the law firm of Ateshoglou & Aiello, P.C., where his practice focuses on trial and appellate practice in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from automobile accidents, premises and walkway defects, construction and work related accidents, and intentional torts. He received his B.S. degree from Fordham University and his J.D. degree from Tulane University. Mr. Ateshoglou is a member of the New York Bar Association. GREGORY F. HAUSER is a partner in the New York firm of Wuersch & Gering LLP, where his litigation practice includes domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration, including product liability defense, intellectual property, insurance coverage, employment, contracts and business tort matters. Mr. Hauser has written a number of law review articles on various topics, and has lectured on product liability law and the differences between the civil law and common law legal systems. He is admitted to the bar in New York and before more than a dozen federal courts. Mr. Hauser received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from New York University where he also served on the Law Review, and also holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Michigan State University. CARLA VARRIALE is a partner at the law firm of Havkins Rosenfeld Ritzert & Varriale, LLP. Ms. Varriale is a litigator who has represented major league baseball teams and players, minor league teams and clients in the recreation and sports industries. She writes and lectures on various issues of interest to sports, recreation and entertainment venues, including water parks and amusement parks. Ms. Varriale has appeared as a legal commentator on Court TV Radio and FoxNews' Cases and Cops. She counsels entities with self-insured retentions regarding methods to minimize exposure and to develop successful risk management and litigation strategies, particularly those related to promotional activities and security issues. Ms. Varriale earned her B.A. degree from Boston University and her J.D. degree from New York Law School. She is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and before U.S. District courts for the Southern Eastern, and Western districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
