BRANDON KING is a partner in the Syracuse, New York, law firm of Smith, Sovik, Kendrick & Sugnet, P.C., where his practice focuses on the defense of personal injury claims, premises liability claims, construction litigation and the defense of design professionals. He also has experience handling landlord/tenant and criminal defense matters. Mr. King is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, the Northern District of New York and all New York State courts. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Oswego and his J.D. degree from the Albany Law School of Union University. Mr. King is a member of the Onondaga Bar Association (Mock Trial Committee Chair) and the New York State Bar Association. KEVIN P. KUEHNER is an attorney with more than 10 years of experience in serious personal injury cases. Mr. Kuehner was an honors graduate of Le Moyne College and cum laude graduate of Syracuse College of Law. He works exclusively in the field of plaintiff's personal injury law. More specifically, he only represents clients who have been injured as a direct result of the carelessness of others. Mr. Kuehner has been trial and appellate counsel on hundreds of successful cases involving wrongful death, auto accidents, medical malpractice and insurance coverage. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Onondaga County Bar Association, the AAJ Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group, a Charter member of the New York Trial Lawyers Academy, and has taught trial technique at Syracuse University for more than 10 years (most recently in the honors program). JAMES A. MEGGESTO is a founding partner of the Syracuse law firm of Meggesto, Crossett & Valerino, LLP, where he represents individuals, companies, and institutions before trial and appellate courts in personal injury, contracts and matrimonial matters and litigating civil disputes and personal injury claims. He regularly appears before state and federal courts in both jury and non-jury proceedings. Mr. Meggesto is approved insurance defense counsel for Utica National Insurance. He earned his B.A. degree from Niagara University and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law. He is arbitrator for the Syracuse City Court Arbitration Program, Resolute, Inc., and a member of the National Arbitration Association, and private placement. Mr. Meggesto is a lecturer for the New York State Bar Association, Onondaga County Bar Association, Continuing Education and National Business Institute. JAMES T. SNYDER is a partner in the Syracuse law firm of Greene & Reid, PLLC, where his focus is trial practice, personal injury, consumer class actions, criminal defense and appellate practice. He is an adjunct professor in the legal studies program at Syracuse University and also is an adjunct professor in Sociology/Criminal Justice at LeMoyne College. Mr. Snyder was a speechwriter and assistant counsel to the Honorable Governor Mario M. Cuomo of the State of New York and past senior trial attorney for The Legal Aid Society of the City of New York, Criminal Defense Division. He earned his A.B. degree, magna cum laude, from Colgate University and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University. Mr. Snyder is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society (member, Board of Directors).
