SCOTT H. CASHER is an attorney with White and Williams. He is a partner in the Directors and Officers Practice Group. Mr. Casher represents insurance and reinsurance companies and other business entities with respect to a wide variety of complex claims and coverage matters, as well as commercial disputes, in state and federal trial and appellate courts, at arbitrations and in mediations. He defends claims involving bad faith, products liability, employment discrimination, personal injury and property damage, among others. Mr. Casher earned his B.A. degree from Hampshire College and his J.D. degree from Temple University. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Tort Trial and Insurance Practice), the Defense Research Institute (Insurance Law Committee), the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society. MARA B. LEVIN is an attorney with Herrick, Feinstein LLP. She has a diverse background, concentrating her practice in complex commercial and real estate litigation as well as employment law. Ms. Levin represents private and public companies in both federal and state courts and administrative tribunals and participates in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. As a member of Herrick's Employment practice group, Ms. Levin represents employers in all types of employment litigation including trade secret, restrictive covenant and unfair competition litigation, ERISA and FLSA violations, and claims brought under federal, state and local statutes alleging sexual harassment and discrimination based on race, national origin, gender, disability, age, and religion. She regularly litigates employment claims in federal and state courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, N.Y.S. Division of Human Rights and N.Y.C. Commission on Human Rights. Ms. Levin earned her A.B. degree from the University of Miami and her J.D. degree from New York Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Association of the Bar of the City of New York. GREGORY S. LISI is an attorney with Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana, LLP, where he is a general practice attorney and litigator concentrating in the areas of labor and employment law, sexual harassment and discrimination law, overtime and failure to pay wages law, immigration and naturalization law, general corporate law, real estate law and commercial transaction law. He has represented plaintiffs, defendants, publicly traded and private companies, the United States Government and New York State Government entities. Mr. Lisi earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Bar Association and is the immediate past chair of the Nassau County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Committee. Mr. Lisi is a former regional counsel of the United States Customs Service, where he defended the United States Government before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as well as in labor/union matters. He is currently a member in good standing of the New York State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, Bar Association for the District of Columbia, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Committee, the Nassau county Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Committee and Immigration Committee, and the Anti-Defamation League's Civil Rights Committee. PAUL J. SIEGEL is an employment law and litigation partner of Jackson Lewis LLP. Mr. Siegel has represented management in employment discrimination, affirmative action and labor matters since 1976. He is the coordinator of the Wage-Hour Practice Group and brings extensive expertise to the wage-hour counseling and litigation work. He directs on behalf of firm clients throughout the country. Mr. Siegel is an accomplished wage-hour litigator and a frequent speaker on wage-hour topics at national conferences. He regularly appears before federal and state agencies and courts in various equal employment, wage-hour and labor law matters. In April of 1991, Mr. Siegel argued a landmark age discrimination case before the United States Supreme Court. He frequently addresses supervisors and managers to assist them in developing the skills needed to manage effectively in today's challenging legal environment. He has appeared on national and local television and radio and has presented seminars and written articles concerning affirmative action, discrimination and labor law matters across the country. In insurance, Mr. Siegel is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriters Society (PLUS) and has been a featured speaker at PLUS, National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO), Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) Professional Insurance Wholesalers Association (PIWA) and Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) conferences. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and has lectured about employment issues to meetings of the New York State and Kentucky bar associations, the 1998 Conference of Justices of the Courts of the State of New York and to many other industry and other groups. Mr. Siegel graduated, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo (Phi Beta Kappa); and earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from Emory University School of Law.
