June 8 - Syracuse FREDERICK P. DAVIES is the founder and senior attorney of the Davies Law Firm, P.C., where he focuses his civil practice on estate planning and elder law. He is a noted speaker on living trusts, long-term care, and estate planning. Mr. McCrohan graduated, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts and New York State bar associations. He is currently working on a book on Medicaid. June 9 - Buffalo CHARLES W. BEINHAUER is a partner in the Buffalo law firm of Pfalzgraf Beinhauer & Menzies LLP. His practice focuses entirely in the fields of estates and trusts, estate administration and elder law. Mr. Beinhauer is currently a member and chair of the Bar Association of Erie County, Elder Law Committee, Surrogate's Court Practice and Procedure Committee, the Lawyers Helping Lawyers Committee and the Speaker's Bureau.
