STEVEN CUSUMANO is a Senior Associate at Klein, Liebman & Gresen, LLC. Mr. Cusumano graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Finance). He works with lawyers, accountants, and valuation experts, performing detailed analyses of financial documents, tracing and lifestyle analyses, and other analytical procedures in connection with forensic accounting and valuation engagements. Mr. Cusumano has previously lectured for the Molloy College Division in Business. He has also authored a March 2012 article in the AICPA Corner of the American Bar Association Family Law Section: Valuing Hedge Funds in Connection with Equitable Distribution . JAY DAVIS is a is the lead attorney in the Law Office of Jay Davis, PLLC. He has litigated numerous matters throughout the court system in New York State. His practice is devoted exclusively to family law issues such as divorce, custody, equitable distribution and child support. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University. Mr. Davis has successfully argued many cases before the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division and argued the leading case at the time of equitable distribution in 1980 before the New York State Court of Appeals. He has also moderated numerous seminars including a seminar titled: "What Family Court Judges Want You to Know" in the fall of 2006 and "What Judges Want You to Know About New York Matrimonial and Family Court" in October 2007. Mr. Davis have received the highest rating from Martindale Hubbell and he has been selected as a preeminent lawyer by Universal Recognition LLC. PHILIP A. GREENBERG is a sole practitioner in New York, where he practices in the areas of family and civil litigation. Mr. Greenberg was a licensed paralegal school teacher at the Sobelsohn School. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, and his J.D. degree from New York University. Mr. Greenberg is an international officer as well as on the tribunal for Phi Alpha Delta. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. RUSSELL I. MUCKLER of HFM Valuation & Consulting Services, Inc., in Cedarhurst, is a certified public accountant, accredited business valuator, certified valuation analyst and certified fraud examiner. She specializes in business valuations, forensic accounting, fraud investigations and damage calculations. Ms. Muckler has lectured extensively on valuations for various organizations. She earned her B.S. degree in accounting/management from New York University and her M.B.A. degree from Hofstra University. Ms. Muckler is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants (member, Domestic Relations Committee, and past chairman of the Matrimonial Subcommittee of the Litigation Support Committee, Nassau Chapter). She also is a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers and a past president of the Long Island Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. LEE ROSENBERG is a partner at Saltzman Chetkof & Rosenberg LLP in Garden City, New York. He has practiced in the field of matrimonial and family for more than twenty years as a litigator and appellate counsel. Mr. Rosenberg is chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Matrimonial Law Committee. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, as well as the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a barrister of the New York Family Law American Inn of Court. He is a frequent lecturer and published author, with articles on various topics in matrimonial law having appeared in publications such as the New York Law Journal , NYSBA's Family Law Review , the New York State Bar Association Journal , Nassau Lawyer , the Matrimonial Strategist and New York Family Law Monthly . Mr. Rosenberg has lectured for the a variety of organizations including the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, National Business Institute, the New York Family Law American Inn of Court, and at Touro Law School, St. John's University School of Law, and Adelphi. In addition to his litigation and appellate practice, he was trained in divorce mediation by the NY State Judicial Institute and acts as a fee dispute arbitrator in matrimonial matters.
