ROBERT L. GORDON is an attorney and practices in the areas of real estate, cooperative housing law, condominium law and bankruptcy. He earned his A.B. degree from Columbia University and his J.D. degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. Mr. Gordon published a Law Review article. SUSAN NASH is president and founder of Search-Net Management Corp, which is one of the industry leaders in asset location. They provide litigation support, judgment debtor tracing and asset research to the collection industry, and operate nationwide. Ms. Nash also is a forensic accountant and investigative consultant. Ms. Nash regularly conducts seminars in the areas of skip tracing and personal growth. She is the author of several articles published in various trade publications, as well as Budgeting Basics & Beyond: A Complete Step-by-Step Guide for Non-Financial Managers published by Prentice Hall. In December 2008, her book Skip Tracing Basics & Beyond: A Complete Step-by-Step Guide for Locating Hidden Assets was published by iUniverse.com and endorsed by the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys in the PI Magazine . Ms. Nash holds a baccalaureate degree, in accounting, from Queens College. She is the president and founder of the New York Judgment Recovery Specialists. She is also a member of the National Judgment Enforcement Group; the National Association of Investigative Specialists; the Association of Independent Information Professionals; the Society of Professional Investigators; the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; the Long Island Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, former chair of the Internet Committee; and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a former partner with the highly respected law firms of Kreindler & Relkin, P.C. and Duane Morris LLP. He has also served with the New York County District Attorney's Office and was general counsel for a multimillion dollar import/export company. Mr. Relkin regularly lectures on bankruptcy, fraudulent conveyances, arbitration, debt collection and other legal issues. He also acts as a judge in Yale mock trial and moot court competitions. Mr. Relkin earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. Mr. Relkin is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Connecticut, New York State and American (Business Law and Litigation Section) bar associations and the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys. KENNETH H. WURMAN is a partner in the law firm of Naidich Wurman Birnbaum & Maday, LLP, where his practice areas, for more than 30 years, include collections and real estate. Mr. Wurman is a lecturer for National Business Institute on collection matters. He earned his B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from New England School of Law. Mr. Wurman is a member of the Nassau County and New York State bar associations.
