CONOR M. BROWNELL is an attorney in the Albany law firm of Ganz Wolkenbreit & Friedman, LLP. Mr. Brownell focuses his practice on collections and commercial litigation. He is a member of the New York State and Albany County bar associations. Mr. Brownell earned his B.S. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. RICHARD CROAK is an attorney in Albany who focuses his practice on bankruptcy law. Mr. Croak has worked for the U.S. Department of Justice and the state of New York. He managed the office of the United States Trustee in Utica, New York for six years. Mr. Croak has been involved in many of the largest and most complex bankruptcy cases in the Northern District of New York. He is board-certified as a bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification in both business and consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Croak is a member of the New York State and Federal bar associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School. ANDREW B. HOWARD is a shareholder in the Hudson law firm of Freeman Howard, P.C.. Mr. Howard has been an attorney for more than 14 years with a practice centered on land use planning, municipal law and civil litigation, including collections. He has lectured before the American Banking Institute and local business organizations. Mr. Howard is a member of the New York State and Columbia County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from St. Lawrence University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School.
