ROBERT L. GORDON is an attorney and practices in the areas of real estate, cooperative housing law, condominium law and bankruptcy. He earned his A.B. degree from Columbia University and his J.D. degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. Mr. Gordon published a Law Review article. BRIAN M. RATTNER is an attorney with Rattner & Associates P.C., where he specializes in all aspects of the collection of debts. He also represents individuals that are defendants in foreclosure actions. He has more than 20 years of experience in litigation. Mr. Rattner earned his B.A. degree from the Statue University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School. H. SCOTT ZIEMELIS is an attorney in Goshen, New York. He has 20 years of experience practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, criminal law, real estate law and family law. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Antioch School of Law.
