MODERATOR - EARL K. CANTWELL is a member of the Buffalo law firm of Hurwitz & Fine, P.C. Mr. Cantwell is an accomplished civil litigation attorney with 30 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts. He focuses his practice in commercial litigation (including business contract matters, business disputes, real estate claims, securities litigation, business and partnership dissolution), as well as construction litigation. Mr. Cantwell is frequently asked to speak, write and provide training for the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York State Bar Association, National Business Institute, The Harmonie Group, The WNY Construction Exchange, and other professional legal associations and publications. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Canisius College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association.
