WARREN GREHER is with the law firm of Greher Law Offices in New Windsor, New York. He currently represents debtors and creditors in various bankruptcy court proceedings. Mr. Greher is a former bankruptcy court trustee and has previous lecturing experience on various other topics. He attended Queens-College City University of NY and Boston University Law School. Mr. Greher is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association. NATHAN HOROWITZ established his office in White Plains, New York in 1982. In November 1994 a second office was opened in Putnam County, Carmel, New York. His bankruptcy practice and experience is extensive, representing both debtors and creditors, in a very wide range of matters. Clients have included individuals and small businesses, such as a bookstore, pharmacy and a coin and stamp exchange; to a fur trader; national mail order catalogue; and a bus company. Mr. Horowitz has spoken at Westchester and New York State lawyer seminars. He also served as an adjunct professor at Mercy College, teaching a real estate course to paralegal students. LAWRENCE M. KLEIN is a sole practitioner in Newburgh, New York, where he devotes his practice to bankruptcy. Mr. Klein is a Chapter 7 and 11 Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York. He is a chairman for the New York State Bar Association Committee on Bankruptcy and for the Orange County Bar Association Committee on Bankruptcy. Mr. Klein is the president of the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Greater Newburgh, New York Bar Association. He is a author and speaker on bankruptcy for National Business Institute, the New York State Bar Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association, and for the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Klein is admitted to practice in the State of New York, for the U.S. District Courts, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and for the Supreme Court of the United States. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Vermont and his J.D. degree from Columbia University Law School. JEFFREY L. SAPIR has been a private practitioner for more than 40 years. He has been a standing Chapter 13 trustee for the Southern District of New York, NYC, White Plains and Poughkeepsie since 1979. He also has been a standing Chapter 12 trustee since inception of Chapter 12, as well as being a Chapter 7 trustee in White Plains since 1967. Mr. Sapir earned his B.S. degree from New York University and his LL.B. degree from New York Law School.
