ROBERT J. FELDMAN is an attorney with Gross, Shuman, Brizdle & Gilfillan, P.C., where his practice is devoted principally to the areas of corporate and business bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, general business representation, and education law. He has extensive experience representing debtors, creditors and creditors committees in bankruptcy court in business reorganizations under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, and in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code for individual business owners and professionals. Mr. Feldman also has represented a number of bankruptcy trustees in complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. He has previously lectured on his main areas of practice. Mr. Feldman is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute and Bar Association of Erie County. He earned his B.A. degree from State University of New York at Binghamton and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from University at Buffalo Law School. RAYMOND L. FINK is a partner with Harter Secrest & Emery LLP. He has been practicing law for more than three decades, and during that time he has represented corporate clients at various stages of development, earning a reputation for his ability to formulate innovative business strategies that take into consideration the available resources, timing issues and business objectives. Mr. Fink has represented clients in many diverse industries, including private financial organizations, banking institutions, equity finds, secured creditors, lessors and lessees of equipment and real estate, franchisers and franchisees, health care facilities, agricultural lenders, various business enterprises, and business owners in internal business disputes. He is also an experienced mediator/arbitrator and a Part 36 certified court receiver. Mr. Fink is a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education programs sponsored by the New York State Bar Association and Bar Association of Erie County. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Business Corporate Law Committee, Bankruptcy Law Section) and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Fink earned his B.A. degree from State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law. WILLIAM F. SAVINO is a senior partner at Damon Morey LLP, and chairman of the firm's business litigation and insolvency department. His responsibilities include matters involving business litigation (including construction, corporate and partnership dissolution; Uniform Commercial Code; and intellectual property matters) and insolvency (both debtor and creditor), with an emphasis on reorganizations. Mr. Savino co-wrote the commercial law section of the Syracuse Law Review, an annual survey of the developments in New York State law, from 2001 to 2008. Since 1979, he has been a Lecturer III at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Management for its two-semester program on business law and, since 2002, he has been an instructor at the State University's law school, teaching commercial litigation. Mr. Savino is a frequent lecturer for bar associations and other groups on issues related to commercial litigation and bankruptcy law. He served three years as chairperson of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Committee of the Erie County Bar Association. Mr. Savino also has been named among the top 50 attorneys who received the highest point totals in the 2009 New York Super Lawyers - Upstate Edition; was selected by his peers as a member of Business First of Buffalo's Who's Who in Law List (2002-2009); and was named one of The Best Lawyers in America (Copyright 2010) in the fields of commercial litigation and bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights law (Copyright 2009 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.).
