KENNETH W. GORDON is the managing partner of the debtor/creditor law firm of Gordon & Schaal, L.L.P. in Rochester, where he has a practice focused on Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy litigation and real estate. Mr. Gordon is a Chapter 7 Trustee. He has spoken previously for the state bar and the county bar on topics related to his areas of expertise. Mr. Gordon is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of Albany and his J.D. degree from Union University Albany Law School.

PETER SCRIBNER is a sole practitioner in Rochester, New York, where he concentrates almost exclusively on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. He served as a Chapter 7 trustee in the Bankruptcy Court in Rochester for 14 years and handled more than 4,000 bankruptcy cases as a trustee. Mr. Scribner has spoken at several bankruptcy CLEs for the Monroe County Bar Association and National Business Institute. He earned his A.B. degree from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Scribner is the past chair of the Bankruptcy Committee of the Monroe County Bar Association

RAJA N. SEKHARAN is a member of Sekharan Law Office PC in Rochester, New York. Mr. Sekharan has more than 16 years of experience in the bankruptcy field. He is a Chapter 7 Trustee.
