KEVIN FOLEY is a partner with the law firm of Johnson & Foley, P.C., where he practices in the area of real estate. Mr. Foley has previously lectured for National Business Institute on real estate matters. He earned his B.A. degree from Boston University and his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. Mr. Foley is a member of the New York State and Orange County bar associations, and The Women's Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties. LORI J. GILMORE-MORRIS is a sole practitioner in Wappinger Falls. Ms. Gilmore-Morris represents creditors in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the bankruptcy code and clients with regard to real estate transactions, wills, incorporation of businesses and creditor workout agreements. She has written and lectured on several business topics to attorneys, bank personnel, creditors and collection agents on various bankruptcy/collection topics. Ms. Gilmore-Morris is a frequent lecturer for the Mid-Hudson Bankruptcy Bar Association. She is a senior adjunct lecturer in the Business Department at Dutchess Community College. Ms. Gilmore-Morris earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University, College of White Plains and her J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law. She was a member of the committee to nominate the United States bankruptcy judge for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Gilmore-Morris also was a Chapter 7 trustee for both the Northern and Southern districts of New York, administering both asset and non-asset cases, and an operating Chapter 11 trustee. She was influential in implementing, then improving, the loss mitigation program for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Gilmore-Morris is the chair of the Pro bono Panel for the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association. She is a member of the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association (past president and founding member), the Dutchess County Bar Association, NYS Bar Association, and Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association. Ms. Gilmore-Morris also is one of the founding members of the Dutchess County Scholarship Fund for Pace University School of Law. TIMOTHY P. MCELDUFF JR. is a partner in the firm of Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy, Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd PLLC, where his main practice areas are corporate and partnership disputes, estate litigation and guardianship proceedings, personal injury and insurance defense, tax certiorari proceedings, bankruptcy, collections, and foreclosure. Mr. McElduff earned his B.A. degree from Siena College and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State and Orange County bar associations. Mr. McElduff is admitted to practice before New York, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, as well as before the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western districts of New York. RALPH L. PUGLIELLE JR. is an attorney with the firm Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy, Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd PLLC, where his main areas of practice are general and commercial litigation including collections/creditors' rights, banking, corporate and business litigation, corporate and business dissolutions, contractual disputes, personal injury, construction litigation, mechanic's liens, real property litigation, title litigation, foreclosures, appeals, real estate and collections. Mr. Puglielle earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from State University of New York at New Paltz and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School.
