KAREN K. KUKLA is a sole proprietor in Fayetteville, New York, where her practice is concentrated in the areas of real property law and transactions, landlord-tenant matters (leases, evictions and rent disputes) and matrimonial and family court cases. SCRIMALE, CPA and attorney, is a partner and the chief financial officer of the Syracuse law firm of Scolaro, Shulman, Cohen, Fetter & Burstein, P.C., where he practices in the areas of business, corporate law, federal taxation and estate planning. He earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, in accounting from Le Moyne College and his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law. He has lectured for National Business Institute, the New York State Bar Association and the General Practice Section of the New York State Bar Association. He chairs his firm's Annual Tax and Corporate seminars put on for clients, accountants, insurance agents and business people on business and tax issues. He is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
