CRAIG T. DIGILIO is the vice president of Feldman-Jacobson Abstract Corp., an agency of Chicago Title Insurance Company. While in private practice, he specialized in real estate law for 25 years. Mr. Digilio is well versed in all aspects of real estate law, from both the perspective of a practicing attorney and as a title examiner. He earned his A.B. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from the Albany Law School. He has served on panels for various real estate seminars, as a guest lecturer at Dutchess County College on the subject of real estate closings, and has testified as an expert witness at trial. Mr. Digilio is a member of the Dutchess County Bar Association. RICHARD R. DUVALL is a partner with McCabe & Mack LLP. Mr. Duvall is responsible for overseeing, and in many cases acting as the primary litigator, in the firm's commercial litigation department. These matters vary widely, and include disputes involving everything from commercial and residential construction, real estate contracts, easements and other real estate issues, to disputed trust accountings, probate contests, other matters involving estates and wills and trusts. They also include creditor's rights matters such as mortgage foreclosures, collections, bankruptcies and many other forms of commercial disputes. He is a member of the Dutchess County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association (Commercial and Federal Litigation sections). Mr. Duvall earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Bates College University of Massachusetts/Amherst; and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School. CHARLES E. FRANKEL is an attorney with Rider Weiner & Frankel, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate litigation, banking, zoning, environmental law, and trusts and estates. Mr. Frankel earned his undergraduate degree from Colby college and his law degree from St. John's University School of Law. His professional work has involved all aspects of real estate practice including the sale, lease, finance, and development of commercial, residential and agricultural properties, representing purchasers, sellers, lending institutions, brokers and creditors. Mr. Frankel is admitted to practice before all New York state courts, regional federal district courts, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Orange County, Dutchess County, New York State, and American bar associations.
