ROBERT J. FRY is a partner in the law firm of Fry & Berning LLC, where he practices primarily in real estate, wills, trusts and estate planning, and probate. He is a frequent speaker on probate, estate planning and related topics. Mr. Fry earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from the University of Nevada at Reno, and his J.D. and his LL.M. degrees from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. RICHARD P. SCHULZE is the sole shareholder in the Law Offices of Richard P. Schulze, P.C., and a principal in Asset Fortress Advisors, a full service wealth counseling firm, both in Reno, Nevada. Mr. Schulze's practice emphasizes estate planning, tax and business law, including business planning and business succession. He has lectured to the Nevada Society of CPAs and the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys on tax and estate planning topics. Mr. Schulze is a member of the American Bar Association (Taxation and Real Property, Probate and Trusts, and Business Law sections), the Oregon State Bar and the State Bar of Nevada (Tax Law, Probate and Trust Law, and Business Law sections). He earned his B.A. degree from Reed College in Portland, Oregon, his M.B.A. degree in management from Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University and his J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law.
