KENNETH E. HOGAN is an attorney in the Litigation Department at Gordon Silver in Las Vegas. Mr. Hogan's experience spans the spectrum of civil litigation, with advanced specialization in the areas of mechanics liens, contract law and civil tort actions. Admitted in Nevada, he earned his J.D. degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law; his M.S. degree in political science from the University of South Dakota; and his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri. Mr. Hogan also earned the prestigious Master of Science of Strategic Intelligence degree from the Defense Intelligence Agency's National Defense Intelligence College in Washington D.C., graduating number one in his class of more than 150 select military, CIA, FBI, and DEA intelligence professionals. The NDIC is a nationally-accredited education and research institution serving the U.S. Intelligence Community by preparing personnel for senior positions in the U.S. Armed Forces and the national security structure. Mr. Hogan retired from 20 years of service to this nation as an intelligence field operations officer, with extensive combat experience, at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Formerly an editor of the Nevada Law Journal, he is currently an active member in the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association. BRAD SLIGHTING is an attorney at the law firm of Durham Jones & Pinegar PC, in Las Vegas. Mr. Slighting practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation. He earned his B.A. degree in public relations from the University of Utah and his J.D. degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. Mr. Slighting is a member of the State Bar of Nevada (Construction Law Section). FRANK TODDRE II is an attorney at the law firm of Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law in Las Vegas and a member of the firm's Casino Law Practice Group. Mr. Toddre specializes in the areas of products liability, collections, and administrative law. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Nevada Bar Disciplinary Board and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. Mr. Toddre is also on the Pro Bono Honor Roll for Legal Aid of Southern Nevada. He earned a dual B.A. degree in history and political science from the University of San Diego and his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Toddre is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and the Federal Bar in Nevada.
