HON. BILL G. HENDERSON is District Judge for the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was elected as a judge in November 2008, and prior to that, he was a practitioner in the Las Vegas law firm of William G. Henderson, Ltd., where he practiced in the area of family law. Judge Henderson prosecuted conflict cases for the Clark County District Attorney's Office, Family Support Division. He also served as an alternate hearing master in family court, presiding over child support matters and temporary protective orders. Judge Henderson has been a past presenter at National Business Institute seminars. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada (Executive Council, Family Law Section), the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Judge Henderson earned his B.A. degree from The State University of New York and his J.D. degree from Washburn School of Law. DANIEL MARKS is a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Daniel Marks in Las Vegas, where he practices in labor, employment and domestic law. Mr. Marks earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Colgate University and his J.D. degree from the College of William & Mary Law School. He is certified with the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the State Bar of Nevada (family law section). Mr. Marks has spoken before numerous professional groups. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, and had also been named a Super Lawyer. Mr. Marks is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the American Bar Association and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association. RADFORD J. SMITH is an AV rated attorney and principal of the law firm of Radford J. Smith, Chartered. Mr. Smith received his J.D. at the University of San Diego School of Law in 1986. A Las Vegas, Nevada native, Mr. Smith has practiced primarily in the field of family law in Nevada for the last 25 years. Mr. Smith is a frequent speaker in the area of family law for the National Business Institute, and is a panel speaker for the Advanced Family Law seminar held annually in Las Vegas.
MARVIN SNYDER is president of Marvin Snyder Associates, Inc. in Las Vegas. He is a professional qualified pension actuary with more than 30 years of experience. Mr. Snyder has served as a pension consultant for pension plans, annuity plans and profit sharing plans of all types and sizes for a variety of employers, covering all kinds of employees. He has prepared more than 9000 marital pension valuations, drafted hundreds of QDROs for counsel, and has served as an expert witness on the value and equitable distribution of pension benefits more than 100 times. In addition, he has served as a court appointed expert and as a special master. Mr. Snyder has written numerous articles, has spoken at many seminars including the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and National Judicial College, and has lectured at Temple University, Purdue University and the Institute of Paralegal Training in Philadelphia. He is the author of the book Value of Pensions in Divorce, 3rd Ed., Panel Publishers New York, 1999. Mr. Snyder is a member of the International Actuarial Association, the American Academy of Actuaries and the American Society of Pension Actuaries.
