STEPHEN M. CARUSO is the owner of Caruso Law Offices in Las Vegas. After years as an insurance defense attorney, Mr. Caruso is now putting his skills to work for victims of personal injury accidents. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, served on the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Section and was later elected as chair of that same section. Additionally, Mr. Caruso is past chair of the State Bar of Nevada's Technical Committee. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Nevada Supreme Court, and all Nevada state courts. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Nevada Justice Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Caruso earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from LeMoyne College and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law. PAUL M. HAIRE is of counsel with the Las Vegas law firm of Smith Larsen & Wixom, where he practices primarily in the areas of general liability and commercial litigation. As both a plaintiff and defense practitioner for nearly 20 years, Mr. Haire has litigated and tried a variety of cases. He has and continues to serve regularly as a private arbitrator and mediator. Mr. Haire received a dual-major B.S. degree from Brigham Young University in Finance and Japanese. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a graduate of the NITA Trial Advocacy Skills program and is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of both Nevada and Oklahoma. DONALD C. KUDLER is a partner in the Las Vegas law firm of Cap & Kudler where he practices in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents and injuries, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, head injuries, spinal injuries, slip and fall, premises liability, construction accidents, dog bites, nursing home litigation, sexual abuse, business litigation, business law, contracts, civil litigation, products liability, birth injuries and medical malpractice. Mr. Kudler earned his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from California State University-Fullerton, and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Justice Association, the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA) and the Clark County Bar Association.
