KIM BOYER is a founder in the Las Vegas law firm of Boyer Law Group where she concentrates her practice in the areas of elder law, guardianship, probate, Medicaid and veterans benefits, and long-term care planning. Ms. Boyer is a certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is a frequent lecturer on aging and elder law topics, having spoken for the Nevada Geriatric Education Center, the Clark County Bar Association and the ASDO Annual Conference on Caregiving. Ms. Boyer received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Guardianship Association. She is co-author of the book Alzheimer's and Dementia: A Practical and Legal Guide for Nevada Caregivers, published by the University of Nevada Reno Press. DANIEL V. GOODSELL is a founding partner in the Las Vegas law firm of Goodsell & Olsen, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, business succession planning, elder law, guardianships, Medicaid planning and business entity law. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and asset protection topics. Mr. Goodsell earned his B.S. degree, with university honors, from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the University of Utah College of Law. He is certified by the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys as a specialist in elder law. Mr. Goodsell is a member of the Utah State Bar, the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of California. He also is a member of the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council. ROBERT C. GRAHAM is the managing partner of Rob Graham & Associates. His practice emphasis for the last 20 years has been elder care and probate, with a significant focus on trust litigation, estate planning, bankruptcy and asset protection. Recently, his practice has centered on defending estate plans and asset protection created by other attorneys in his field from the attacks of creditors, heirs and beneficiaries. Mr. Graham originated the "Forced Annuity" alternative to trust disinheritance clauses and has advocated for statutory standards of presumption of abuse when unrelated caregivers become late-arising beneficiaries in trusts and wills. He graduated from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1992. He is the recipient of the Clark County Bar Association's President's Award and the J. Reuben Clark Law School Faculty's Award for Meritorious Achievement. Mr. Graham is a member of the Nevada Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice before the Nevada Federal District Court, the 9th Federal Circuit Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is active in the community and has served on the Executive Board of Directors for Boys Town of Nevada for the last six years.
