NANCY L. ALLF is the founder of the Law Office of Nancy Allf, Esq. Ms. Allf was appointed Settlement Judge by the Nevada Supreme Court from 1998 to 2006. She received the Nevada Super Lawyer award by the Mountain States Super Lawyers in 2009. She was the president of the State Bar of Nevada from 2007 to 2008. Ms Allf is a Referee for the Justice Court for Las Vegas Township. She is also an Alternate Municipal Judge for the City of Las Vegas. She is admitted to the State of Nevada, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the United States Supreme Court. She received her B.A. degree from Transylvania University and her J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Board of Governors American Bar Association, the National Conference of Bar Presidents, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Clark County Bar Association, the Clark County Law Foundation, the Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. JEFFREY A. COGAN is a sole practitioner in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he practices in the areas of domestic law, collections, business litigation and bankruptcy. He has lectured to paralegals at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, as well as to various professional groups and associations on his areas of practice. Mr. Cogan is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the American Bar Association. He received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law. DAVID A. STEPHENS is a partner in the Las Vegas law firm of Stephens, Gourley & Bywater where he concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, lien, commercial, water, bankruptcy, real estate, general civil litigation and personal injury. He has spoken to various civil groups on tort law, disability law, estate planning and insurance. Mr. Stephens is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association and Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School.
