MARJORIE HAUF has been involved in the successful resolution of personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice settlements as well as jury verdicts for nearly 9 years. Before opening her firm in 2006, Ms. Hauf spent four years at the law firm of Vannah Costello Vannah & Ganz gaining extensive experience in civil litigation. She has been involved in the successful resolution of numerous multi-million dollar personal injury settlements and jury verdicts. Prior to her admission to the Nevada Bar, Ms. Hauf worked in hotel-casino management in Las Vegas, most recently as an insurance claims representative, investigating claims and negotiating settlements. She is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Arizona. Ms. Hauf earned her B.A. degree, cum laude. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her J.D. degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she received the CALI Award for Law Practice Management. MARTIN J. KRAVITZ is a managing partner in the Las Vegas law firm of Kravitz, Schnitzer, Sloane & Johnson, where the focus of his practice is litigation in commercial law, insurance law and personal injury defense. He also is managing partner of a second law firm Christian, Kravitz, Dichter & Johnson, LLC, which focuses on insurance law and bad faith litigation. Mr. Kravitz has served as a trustee for the Clark County School Board for four years, and has served as a member of the state bar's Southern Nevada Disciplinary Panel since 1996. He has been practicing in Nevada since 1977. Mr. Kravitz has screened hundreds of ethical complaints against attorneys and participated in numerous disciplinary hearings. He also has served as a short trial judge since 2005, and acted as a mediator and binding arbitrator in numerous cases. Mr. Kravitz earned his B.A. degree from the University of Denver and his J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. He is a member of the Clark County and American bar associations, and the State Bar of Nevada (former member, Fee Dispute Panel) and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Kravitz also was inducted as a member of the prestigious Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, which selectively limits membership to highly experienced corporate or defense trial lawyers and the general counsel to fortune 500 companies. BILLIE-MARIE MORRISON is an attorney with Craig P. Kenny & Associates, where her main areas of practice are personal injury and workers' compensation, while still doing products liability/mass torts. Ms. Morrison is a member of, and on the Board of Govenors for The Nevada Justice Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Clark County Bar Association and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. She is an adjunct professor at Community College of Southern Nevada in Administrative Law. Ms. Morrison is licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. She earned her B.A. degree from Western State College in Gunnisan, her M.B.A. degree from UNLV and her J.D. degree from William S. Boyd School of Law. JUSTIN L. WATKINS is a partner with the law firm of Atkinson & Watkins, LLP. His main areas of practice include insurance coverage, personal injury, construction law, commercial and civil litigation, and has experience in all aspects of complex litigation. Mr. Watkins was named as one of the top 100 lawyers in Southern Nevada in 2009 and 2010 by Nevada Business Journal and a SuperLawyer Rising Star for 2010 and 2011. Mr. Watkins is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Southern Nevada Claims Association, the State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of California and the Utah State Bar. He earned his B.S. degree from Oregon State and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego Law School.
