ROBERT C. ANDERSON is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Holland & Hart LLP, where he practices in the areas of corporate structuring, the structure and taxation of complex real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and all aspects of federal income tax law. He has been profiled in Corporate Counsel Magazine as one of the best corporate lawyers in Nevada, and also has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in both corporate law and tax law. A former adjunct professor at Golden Gate University, where he taught classes in corporate reorganizations, Mr. Anderson currently teaches as a guest lecturer at the University of Nevada, Reno and University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He has co-written numerous materials for CLE presentations on federal income tax law and limited liability companies. Mr. Anderson also is a regular speaker on all topics related to real estate, partnership and corporate transactions. He is also a former chairman of the Tax Section of the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Anderson earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Florida. He has an LL.M. degree in taxation from McGeorge School of Law and is a certified public accountant in Nevada. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Washoe County, the Clark County and the American bar associations, and the State Bar of Nevada. In addition, he is involved in a number of charitable and nonprofit organizations. DONALD G. MARTIN is an attorney in the law firm of Lewis & Roca, LLP, where he practices primarily in corporate and real estate transactions, including business and entity planning, formation and governance and taxation. His practice includes negotiation and preparation of mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of real estate, businesses and assets and general contracts and agreements. Mr. Martin received his B.A. degree and M.B.A. degree, in finance, from San Diego State University and his J.D., cum laude, and his L.L.M. degree, in taxation, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the San Diego Law Review. He has worked on various multi-million dollar purchases and sales and financing of numerous hotels and casinos in Nevada, along with various multi-million dollar real estate transactions. Mr. Martin has written and lectured on commercial real estate transactions, business formation in Nevada and tax aspects of entities. QUINTON R. SINGLETON is an attorney with Lewis & Roca, LLP. His practice focuses on corporate law including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, securities (private and public offerings), antitrust, corporate transactions, and tax matters. Mr. Singleton also is a certified public accountant. He is admitted to practice in Nevada. Mr. Singleton earned his B.S degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Nevada, his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law and his M.B.A. degree, with honors, from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
