TIFFANY N. BALLENGER is an attorney with Black & LoBello, where her main areas of practice are estate planning, business entity formation, asset protection, and real estate sales and negotiations. CHERNINE is an attorney with Black & LoBello. She is a real estate and transactional attorney with more than 10 years of experience managing and operating a successful full-service Nevada law firm. She is a member of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, St. Jude's Ranch for Children and Spring Valley town board. She has taught seminars for National Business Institute and various other organizations in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate agency, landlord/tenant law, ethics and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, premises liability, and risk management. Ms. Chernine earned her B.A. degrees from Boston University and her J.D. degree from Thomas Cooley Law School. RANDY M. CREIGHTON is an attorney with Black & LoBello, where his main areas of practice are commercial real estate workout agreements. He earned his B.S. degree from Pepperdine University and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. CARLOS L. McDADE is an attorney with Black & LoBello. He joined Black & LoBello after a successful 22 year career as a judge advocate in the United States Air Force. Mr. McDade has more than 12 years of experience in environmental and land use law. He practices in commercial law and negotiates and drafts contracts, business agreements, and manufacturing agreements and also litigates business matters such as breach of contract and business partner disputes. Mr. McDade also practices in environmental and real property law, negotiating and drafting agreements for property leases, transfers, and purchase and sales. He was appointed a mediator by the Nevada Supreme Court to conduct hearings under the Foreclosure Mediation Program and is a member of the Leadership Las Vegas Group of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. McDade has negotiated and drafted leasehold and real property transfer agreements for the city of North Las Vegas Water Reclamation Facility, the Indian Springs Water Reclamation Facility, the Nellis Air Force Base-Nevada Energy Photovoltaic Solar Array Project, environmental and wetlands mitigation land swaps and transfers throughout the United States, and the Oklahoma City Tinker Air Force Base Heritage Park. He has appeared before the Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Appeals Board and in administrative hearings in a dozen states. He also has filed hundreds of briefs and made oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. During his years as an Air Force JAG, Mr. McDade served as the Air Force Chief of Appellate Criminal Defense and the Air Force Regional Counsel, Eastern Region; the Staff Judge Advocate at Nellis and Schriever Air Force bases; and Attorney Advisor and Investigator with the Department of Defense Inspector General's Office. He has lectured on criminal law, environmental law and ethics at both military and civilian seminars and CLE sessions. Mr. McDade has been awarded the Air Force Chief of Staff Team Award, the General Counsel of the Air Force Award, and the Department of Defense Inspector General's Award. He earned his B.A. degree from Yale University; his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado Law School; and his LL.M. degree, with highest honors, from the George Washington University School of Law. Mr. McDade is admitted to practice in Nevada, Colorado, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the Air Force courts. KRISTIN SCHULER-HINTZ is a managing attorney with McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, where she is responsible for all aspects of lender/servicer/trustee representation, including declaratory relief; wrongful foreclosure actions; title issue resolution; bankruptcy; and unlawful detainer, civil eviction and appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada. Ms. Schuler-Hintz earned her B.A. degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and her J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
