ROBERT L. MORRIS is an attorney at the law firm of Jeffrey Burr. Mr. Morris earned his B.A. degree in international studies (international law and diplomacy) from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska. During law school, he worked as a law clerk at the Lancaster County Attorney's Office in Lincoln, Nebraska. Upon graduating, Mr. Morris passed the Nevada State Bar and worked as a deputy district attorney at the Clark County District Attorney's Office. He is currently a member of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council, State Bar of Nevada (member, Legislative Committee, Probate & Trust Section), Clark County Bar Association and the city of Henderson Chamber of Commerce. BRADLEY J. RICHARDSON joined Gordon Silver in 1981, and has brought a wealth of experience to the fields of commercial litigation, estate planning, probate, guardianship and equine law. Mr. Richardson is one of a few attorneys in Las Vegas with extensive litigation experience and expertise in probate, trust and guardianship matters, in particular, elder competency and undue influence situations; financial exploitation of the elderly; disinheritance; transfers of titles; validity of wills; and prosecuting or defending claims of breach of duties by executors, guardians or trustees. He is admitted to practice law in Nevada and Kansas. Mr. Richardson earned his B.A. degree from California Polytechnic University, cum laude, and his J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He is a member of the American and Clark County bar associations, as well as the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Justice Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council, of which he is a past president. He is also a member of the State Bar of Nevada Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. Mr. Richardson has served as a lecturer for National Business Institute and the Las Vegas Metro Police Department's Police Academy. In addition, he is an expert witness in Nevada on legal practices and ethics. ELYSE M. TYRELL is a partner in the Las Vegas law firm of Trent, Tyrell & Phillips, where her practice is devoted to elder law, estate planning, tax law, probate and guardianship law. She is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Tyrell is a certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is a frequent speaker for National Business Institute, and has lectured on estate planning and elder law for the Housing Authority of the City of Las Vegas, the Community College of Southern Nevada and various seminar groups. Ms. Tyrell earned her B.A. degree from the University of Nevada at Reno and her J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. She also earned an LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law.
