ROBERT W. LUECK has more than three decades of experience in civil, criminal and family law. He graduated from the Notre Dame Law School and moved to Las Vegas to begin his legal career as a law clerk in the 8th Judicial District Court. Mr. Lueck earned his license to practice law, and was engaged in the private practice of law, when he was elected to the Family Court bench. He served as a family court judge from 1999 through 2004, and then resumed the private practice of law. As a skilled legal researcher and writer, Mr. Lueck has written briefs and argued cases before the Nevada Supreme Court that set legal precedents in Nevada. He brought the collaborative divorce process to Nevada and has worked to expand its application to family law cases. Mr. Lueck is a member of the American Bar Association's Family Law and ADR sections, a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and a co-founder of the Collaborative Professionals of Nevada. He is also a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, Mensa, Nevada Justice Attorneys, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Mr. Lueck is trained in mediation and collaborative divorce, and also serves as an arbitrator in the court-annexed arbitration program. He is a candidate for the Master of Judicial Studies degree at the University of Nevada - Reno and is pending the completion of his master's thesis review. KEITH M. LYONS JR. is the founding shareholder of Lyons Law Firm. He began his legal career in 1992, working as an associate for the Law Office of Daniel Marks in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Lyons worked as an associate for Daniel Marks for 7 years, practicing primarily in the fields of employment law and family law. In 1999, Mr. Lyons founded the law firm which is presently known as Lyons Law Firm. The firm has enjoyed a reputation for excellence among judges, lawyers and the public since its founding. Mr. Lyons practice is primarily focused on two areas: family law and representation of individuals and small employers regarding the complex and ever changing area of law known as employment law. He has written over twenty-five articles involving family law and employment law issues. Mr. Lyons earned his J.D. degree from the Willamette University, College of Law and his B.A. degree in business administration from UNLV. Mr. Lyons is admitted to practice in Nevada; Oregon; the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bars of Nevada and Oregon. Mr. Lyons also is a member of the Nevada Justice Association, the Clark County Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. JEFF NASH is a principal with Western Economic & Valuation Consultants Inc. dba Houlihan Valuation Advisors. He has participated in numerous business valuation engagements covering a wide range of business segments, including construction companies, manufacturing companies, law practices, limited partnerships, medical practices, service companies and various retail businesses. Valuation engagement purposes include ESOP and other employee plans, estate and gift taxes, stock acquisitions, mergers, litigation, and others. Mr. Nash also has evaluated economic loss suffered by individuals in wrongful death and personal injury cases, and has been involved in a wide array of other financial analysis and consulting activities for clients. He has provided expert testimony relating to economic and business valuation issues in state court. Mr. Nash is a past president of the Salt Lake City chapter of the American Society of Appraisers and currently serves as president of the Las Vegas chapter. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and senior member of the American Society of Appraisers, Business Valuation. Mr. Nash earned his B.S. degree and M.B.A degree from the University of Utah. SHANN D. WINESETT is an attorney with the Pecos Law Group, where he represents clients in all forms of domestic relations matters, including divorce, complex custody disputes, relocation litigation, paternity, adoptions, post divorce modifications of custody, visitation, child support and alimony, guardianships, personal injury, and business litigation. He also represents a wide variety of business clients in disputes ranging from real estate and lease transactions, to administrative proceedings, to unfair business practices, to surety and bond litigation. Mr. Winesett also has experience litigating toxic tort, complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases. While primarily practicing in Nevada, he maintains his license to practice law in California. Mr. Winesett is a member of the Clark County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Nevada and Central California. In the years 2001, 2004 and 2005, he received commendations from the United States Congress for his service to the community. In 2004, Mr. Winesett also received the Clark County Legal Service's Louis Wiener Award for his representation of victims of domestic violence. He is a contributing editor to the Nevada Family Law Practice Manual and is a member of the State Bar of Nevada's Fee Dispute and Attorney Disciplinary committees. In 2011, Mr. Winesett was appointed to serve as judge pro tem in the Family Division of the Clark County District Court in the areas of domestic violence, guardianship and discovery disputes. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.
