JAMES D. GREENE is a partner with Greene Infuso, LLP. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, workouts and commercial litigation. Mr. Greene graduated from the University of California at San Diego and from Willamette University College of Law. He became a member of the State Bar of Nevada in 1986, and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada. He clerked for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Clive Jones from 1986 to 1988 and, since that time, has practiced primarily in areas related to bankruptcy, insolvency and litigation. Mr. Greene has represented all constituencies in bankruptcy cases, including corporate and individual debtors, trustees, secured and unsecured creditors and creditors' committees, and he has served as a Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee. He has extensive experience in real and personal property foreclosure matters and he has written and lectured on foreclosure and bankruptcy issues on numerous occasions. CHARLES L. KENNON III is a senior attorney with Cooper Castle Law Firm LLP in Las Vegas. Mr. Kennon’s areas of practice include bankruptcy litigation, mortgage lending law and real estate matters. He was formerly a staff attorney with Chapter 13 trustees in Little Rock, Arkansas; Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas; and Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Kennon earned his B.A. degree from Davidson College and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas. His bar admissions and licenses include Nevada; Nevada State Court; U.S. District Court, District of Nevada; Arkansas; Arkansas State Court; U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; Texas; Texas State Court; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas; Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. DAVID A. STEPHENS is a partner in the Las Vegas law firm of Stephens, Gourley & Bywater, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, lien, commercial, water, bankruptcy, real estate, general civil litigation and personal injury. He has spoken to various civil groups on tort law, disability law, estate planning and insurance. Mr. Stephens is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association and Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School.
