LESLIE S. GODFREY is an attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she focuses her practice in business and commercial litigation, wrongful foreclosure defense and deficiency judgment litigation, aviation insurance defense, and construction dispute litigation. Ms. Godfrey has successfully guided lenders through Nevada foreclosure process and procedure from notice of breach through the close of deficiency judgment. HAWKINS is an associate at the law firm of Fennemore Craig, P.C., where he practices in the areas of real estate and corporate transactions. Mr. Hawkins represents landowners and small business owners in all stages of real property acquisition and development, and existing business needs. He negotiated and closed the sale of a $10 million dollar downtown office building, acted as a borrower's counsel for a $27.9 million dollar acquisition and development loan, drafted and reviewed various commercial lease agreements, including ground, triple net and retail center leases, counseled a seller on a $7 million dollar asset sale agreement for ongoing business, and assisted a client in obtaining a $50 million dollar loan for business capital. Mr. Hawkins is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and Utah.
