TISHA R. BLACK-CHERNINE is a managing partner with Black & LoBello in Las Vegas. She is a dedicated and accomplished real estate and transactional attorney with more than 10 years of experience managing and operating a successful full-service Nevada law firm. Ms. Black-Chernine has taught seminars for National Business Institute and various other organizations in the areas of real estate transaction, real estate agency, landlord/tenant law, ethics and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, premises liability and risk management. She is a board member of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. is also a board member of the Spring Valley Town Board and the St. Jude's Ranch For Children. CURTIS is a partner at the law offices of Snell & Wilmer LLP, where she represents real estate lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants and developers in structuring, development, leasing, acquisition, regulatory compliance, financing, utilities and loan workout matters involving complex real estate transactions. NAYLOR is a shareholder in Lionel Sawyer & Collins' Litigation Department. His practice centers on construction litigation and general commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Naylor has handled cases of all levels of complexity, representing owners and contractors. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Naylor served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force. During this time, he gained extensive litigation experience as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney. He has represented the Air Force in government contract litigation before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. Mr. Naylor gained significant experience litigating multi-million dollar construction issues, service contracts, research and development contracts, and systems acquisition contracts throughout the United States. He is also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Naylor is listed in Chambers USA for litigation. Prior to joining the military, he earned his LL.M. degree from the University of Cambridge, concentrating his studies on international securities regulation, his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
