LARRY L. BERTSCH is a managing partner at Larry L. Bertsch, CPA, & Associates, LLP. He has more than forty-five years of significant experience in performing diversified administrative and financial functions, with emphasis on gaming and bankruptcy. Mr. Bertsch has taught courses in accounting, auditing, CPA problems, financial analysis, casino accounting and management, and strategic planning at Rutgers University, the University of Nevada Reno, Atlantic Community College, Stockton State College and University of Nevada Las Vegas. His professional assignments include Chapter 7 bankruptcies, Chapter 11 trustee, Chapter 7 operating bankruptcy, special master (bankruptcy court), special assignments (bankruptcy court), receiver (state court), special master (federal district court), special master (state court), trustee (federal district court), bankruptcy examinations, expert witness, bankruptcy disbursing agent, expert (bankruptcy court) and consulting.

ADAM HODSON is the founder and CEO of Adam Hodson, CPA. He started his public accounting career working for a large local firm for more than 4 years. While there, Mr. Hodson specialized in the fields of construction and real estate in both tax and audit. He helped a number of large companies with their financial statements, tax compliance and helped structure their transactions to best take advantage of the current tax laws. In 2005, he started his own public accounting firm. His primary focus is helping start-up companies by training their accounting personnel and helping with their federal, state and local tax and license requirements. In 2005, Mr. Hodson also became a QuickBooks Pro advisor to provide additional support to his small business clients. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of CPAs, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Certified Fraud Examiners, Las Vegas Chapter. Mr. Hodson attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated, cum laude. He later went on to complete his Masters in Science degree with an emphasis in accounting and taxation. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and also a licensed Certified Fraud Examiner.
