IAN BEZPALKO is an attorney in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has experience in copyright work and internet law. Mr. Bezpalko, a Phi Beta Kappa, earned B.A. degrees in History and Philosophy, and a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of New Mexico. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Bezpalko became Citations Editor for the Natural Resources Journal. ALAIN JACKSON is an attorney in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he practices in the areas of personal injury, contract disputes, family law and domestic relations. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Excelsior University. Mr. Jackson is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico. LAURIE A. VOGEL is a partner at Vogel and Burnette in Albuquerque, where she practices in employment and civil rights law from an employer or management perspective. The State Bar of New Mexico has recognized Ms. Vogel as a specialist in employment and labor law. She has taught legal issues in employment for the Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute and for the U.S. Department of Energy's Central Training Academy. Ms. Vogel earned her B.A. degree from the University of Montana and her J.D. degree from the University of Idaho.
