WILLIAM R. KELEHER is a shareholder in the Albuquerque law firm of Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk, P.A., where he devotes the majority of his practice to civil litigation, commercial litigation, foreclosures and bankruptcy law. Mr. Keleher received both his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University. He has spoken to various professional groups on his areas of practice. Mr. Keleher is a member of the Albuquerque and American bar associations and the State Bar of New Mexico (past chair, Bankruptcy Law Section). DAVID T. THUMA is a shareholder in the Albuquerque law firm of Thuma & Walker, P.C., devoting the majority of his practice to bankruptcy, banking law and commercial litigation. An honors graduate of the University of Chicago, Mr. Thuma earned his J.D. degree, with high honors, from Duke University. Mr. Thuma is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy issues. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and is listed in Best Lawyers of America. THOMAS D. WALKER is a shareholder in the Albuquerque law firm of Thuma & Walker, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, commercial litigation and real estate law. He regularly represents businesses, individuals, committees and trustees in bankruptcy cases, and represents parties in business litigation and transactions, foreclosure actions, workout negotiations, real estate and lease negotiations, and other commercial matters. Mr. Walker speaks frequently on bankruptcy and other business litigation topics. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Tulane University, attended the Institute of Political and Economic Studies in London, England, and received his J.D. degree from the New Mexico School of Law. He is chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico and has served on its Board of Directors since 1990. Mr. Walker is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in the areas of bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights.
