JOHN A. DARDEN III is an attorney with The Darden Law Firm, P.A. Prior to establishing a private practice, he served as law clerk to Chief Justice M.S. Nobel of the New Mexico Supreme Court. Mr. Darden also has served as an Assistant Attorney General with the New Mexico Attorney General's office. He has served as chairman of the State Bar of New Mexico Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, as well as a member of the Advisory Opinions Committee, the Elder Law Committee, and the Standard of Title Examination Committee. Mr. Darden is currently appointed to the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is a member and former state chairman for New Mexico of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Mr. Fisher is recognized by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization as a certified specialist in estate planning, trusts and probate law.
