MICHAEL L. DANOFF is principal of the Albuquerque based law firm of Michael Danoff & Associates, P.C., where he practices in the areas of general civil and trial practice, business law, commercial law, commercial litigation, contracts law, family law, custody law, personal injury law and appeals. He has lectured to various professional groups on evidence, domestic law, child custody and visitation issues. Mr. Danoff is a fellow of the State Bar of New Mexico. WILLIAM DOOLEY GILCHRIST is an attorney at the law firm of Davis & Gilchrist, P.C. His practice focuses on employment law and general business litigation. Mr. Gilchrist has successfully represented employers in proceedings before the New Mexico Department of Labor, the New Mexico Human Rights Division, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He has also handled employment litigation for employers and public and private sector employees in administrative proceedings and state and federal courts in New Mexico, as well as in other states under the New Mexico Human Rights Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and False Claims Act. Mr. Gilchrist earned his B.A. degree in economics and political science from the University of New Mexico and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. SCOTT P. HATCHER earned his B.A. degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University. He is licensed to practice in the states of Washington and New Mexico, as well as the 9th and 10 Circuit courts of Appeal. From 1983 through January 1996, Mr. Hatcher was associated with the firm of Felker, Ish, Hatcher, Ritchie, Sullivan & Geer, P.A., having been a shareholder with that firm since 1985. In 1996, he formed the firm of Hatcher, Sullivan & Grand, P.A. In 2003, Mr. Hatcher joined Miller Stratvert, P.A. where he practiced until January 2009 when he and Mr. Tebo formed The Law Office of Hatcher & Tebo, P.A. Since 1983, his work has emphasized many areas of insurance law litigation, including the defense of insureds in all types of third party claims. Mr. Hatcher's practice also emphasizes the representation of insurers in policy coverage disputes and bad faith claims. He has completed approximately 50 first chair trials, both jury and non-jury, for various insurance companies, self-insureds and governmental entities. Mr. Hatcher has been the lead counsel in several New Mexico and federal reported decisions. He has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubble rating, AV. Further, Mr. Hatcher is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the Defense Research Institute, the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Federalist Society. COREY S. REITZ is an attorney and a senior member of the technical staff working as an E-discovery analyst at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mr. Reitz has experience in systems analysis and design and a background in law. He serves as an integral liaison between the technical and legal teams at Sandia National Laboratories. Mr. Reitz is a published commentator on business intelligence and portal technology, and is interested in topics related to data protection, E-discovery, intellectual property, and cyber security. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law and his M.B.A. degree in management information systems and marketing from the University of New Mexico. Mr. Reitz is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico.
