She has done public interest law since becoming an attorney, including criminal law, civil rights, and now practicing in the area of consumer law. Ms. Anderson earned her B.A. degree from McGill University and her J.D. degree from Suffolk Law School in Boston.

KAREN H. BRADLEY is a senior attorney with the firm of Susan C. Little & Associates, P.A., an Albuquerque firm, which offers foreclosure and bankruptcy representation to mortgage lenders and servicers throughout the state of New Mexico. Ms. Bradley limits her practice to residential mortgage foreclosures, creditor representation in bankruptcy court, evictions, and deeds-in-lieu. She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico (board member, chair-elect, Bankruptcy Law Section) and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Bradley earned her B.A. degree from the University of Scranton and her J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico.

KAREN HOWDEN-WEAVER is an attorney and New Mexico supervising attorney with Robert J. Hopp & Associates, LLC, where she practices in the areas of foreclosure, real estate and commercial litigation, and bankruptcy. Ms. Howden-Weaver is licensed to practice in both New Mexico and California. She is a member of the American Legal and Financial Network (Federal Legislation Committee), California Mortgage Bankers Association (Education Committee and Legal Services Committee), California State Bar (Business Committee), and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. Ms. Howden-Weaver sits on the Board of Directors for the REOMAC since 2000. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico and her J.D. degree from California Western School of Law.

JUSTIN SAWYER is an associate with Sutin, Thayer & Browne, APC, where his practice areas include commercial litigation, creditors' rights, real estate litigation, and Indian law. Mr. Sawyer has represented financial institutions in judicial foreclosure actions and defended financial institutions against numerous claims, including breach of contract and violations of the Home Loan Protection Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and Unfair Practices Act.
