MARCY G. BAYSINGER is a partner with the law firm of Pregenzer Baysinger Wideman & Sale in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is admitted to practice law in New Mexico state courts, the U.S. District Court of New Mexico and the U.S. Court of Appeals (10th Circuit). Her law practice concentrates on elder law, disability planning and fiduciary litigation. Since 1995, she has represented physicians and hospitals in numerous medical malpractice cases. Ms. Baysinger began her law practice in Colorado, focusing on elder law, and worked for the Senior Citizens Law Office when she first moved to New Mexico. With her background in special education, she is well suited to understand the needs of disabled clients. Ms. Baysinger earned her B.S. and M.A. degrees from the University of New Mexico and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver School of Law. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the State Bar of New Mexico. RUTH O. PREGENZER is a partner with the law firm of Pregenzer Baysinger Wideman & Sale in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is admitted to practice law in New Mexico state courts, the U.S. District Court of New Mexico, the U.S. Court of Appeals (10th Circuit) and the U.S. Supreme Court. Her law practice concentrates on fiduciary litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, and elder law. Ms. Pregenzer has been a trial lawyer for more than 25 years in complex litigation in both criminal and civil matters and has tried many cases to juries and judges in state and federal courts. She represented physicians in medical malpractice cases for 17 years. In addition, she advises generally in the areas of elder law, incapacity planning, special needs trusts and consults with professional service groups on risk management issues. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Pregenzer earned her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law where she was awarded the Jarrold W. Walden Memorial Award, honors in the clinical law program and was initiated into the Order of the Coif. She earned her LL.M degree from Yale University. ERIN WIDEMAN is a partner with the law firm of Pregenzer Baysinger Wideman & Sale in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is admitted to practice law in New Mexico. Ms. Wideman also is a certified public Accountant (CPA). Her law practice concentrates on taxation, estate planning, estate administration, business management and planning, business succession, disability planning and elder law. Ms. Wideman is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the New Mexico Estate Planning Council and the American Association of Attorneys-CPAs. Her professional experience as an accountant and business consultant is extensive, focusing in particular on the management of medical practices. Ms. Wideman earned her B.S. degree from Indiana University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif.
