MARCY G. BAYSINGER is a partner with the law firm of Pregenzer Baysinger Wideman & Sale, in Albuquerque. She is admitted to practice law in New Mexico State Courts, the U.S. District Court of New Mexico and the U.S. Court of Appeals (10th Circuit). Her law practice concentrates on elder law, disability planning and fiduciary litigation. Since 1995, she has represented physicians and hospitals in numerous medical malpractice cases. Ms. Baysinger began her law practice in Colorado focusing on elder law and worked for the Senior Citizens Law Office when she first moved to New Mexico. With her background in special education, she is well suited to understand the needs of disabled clients. Ms. Baysinger earned her B.S. degree as well as a Master of Arts from the University of New Mexico and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver School of Law. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the State Bar of New Mexico.

DAVID C. RUYLE is a sole practitioner in Santa Fe, where he focuses on elder law. He is a frequent lecturer to various professionals on elder law matters. Mr. Ruyle earned his B.A. degree from Westminster College and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, First Judicial District Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

SUSAN K. TOMITA is a sole practitioner in Albuquerque, where she practices in the areas of estate planning and elder law. She earned her B.A. degree from Stanford University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Santa Clara Law School. Ms. Tomita is admitted to practice in New Mexico and California. She is a former chairperson of the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico, served on the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer's Association and Friends in Time (serving persons with multiple sclerosis and Lou Gehrig's disease), and served on the State Bar of New Mexico's Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services to Persons with Disabilities. Ms. Tomita is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico (Real Property, Probate and Trust Section), the New Mexico Estate Planning Council, the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She co-wrote the Handbook for Guardians and Conservators: A Practical Guide to New Mexico Law and Alternatives to Guardianships and Conservatorships, both published by the New Mexico Attorney General's Office. Ms. Tomita is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
