MICKEY BEISMAN is a sole practitioner in Albuquerque, where she specializes in construction contracts, including drafting, negotiation and administration of contracts, and represents clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation relating to contract disputes. She has handled technical matters, such as soils settlement and water treatment results, as well as contractual issues, including liability for testing, changed conditions, warranties, delayed payments and adjusted pricing. DOLAN is a partner in the Albuquerque firm of Dolan & Associates, P.C., where he practices in the areas of environmental compliance, toxic torts, hazardous waste management, environmental law, aviation law and regionalization. He has personally performed more than 200 environmental audits nationwide, as well as in Canada and Mexico, for insurers, corporate clients, other attorneys and commercial lenders on real property and businesses. He has spoken at numerous conferences on RCRA compliance, environmental litigation and environmental auditing at private and government facilities. Mr. Dolan earned his bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico, and his law and masters' degrees from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Dolan is fluent in Spanish and has worked with clients on trans-border environmental law issues. BARBARA J. KOENIG is an associate with Silva, Saucedo & Gonzales, P.C., where her main areas of practice are business litigation, construction law, personal injury, federal law and children's rights. Ms. Koenig is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, Albuquerque Bar Association and New Mexico Federal Bar. She earned her B.A. degree from Colorado College and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of New Mexico.
