DAVID W. THOMAS is an assistant U.S. attorney with the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of New Mexico. He has spoken and published extensively in the areas of insurance and qui tam cases under the Federal False Claims Act. Mr. Thomas earned his B.A. degree from the University of New Mexico and his J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado, the District of Columbia, New Mexico, Texas and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
