HOLLY E. ARMSTRONG is an associate with Madison, Harbour, & Mroz, P.A., where her main areas of practice are general civil litigation with an emphasis in personal injury defense, medical malpractice defense and insurance defense. Ms. Armstrong graduated, cum laude, from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management with her B.B.A. degree. While at UNM, she was active in the Chi Omega Fraternity, Lobo Ambassadors and Golden Key Honour Society. Ms. Armstrong earned her J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey, where she was a Marshall Brennan Fellow. After earning her J.D. degree, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patricia K. Costello, Assignment Judge for the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Armstrong worked as an assistant prosecutor for the Essex County Prosecutor's Office in Newark, New Jersey, prosecuting a variety of felony offenses. She is a member of the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of both New Mexico and New Jersey. SARAH M. ARMSTRONG is an attorney with Collins & Collins, P.C., where her main areas of practice are DUI/DWI, criminal defense, domestic violence and divorce and family law. Ms. Armstrong is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, Albuquerque Bar Association and New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice before the New Mexico and U.S. District Court. Ms. Armstrong earned her B.A. degree, cum laude and summa cum laude, from the University of New Mexico and her J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. RYAN X. FLYNN is an associate with Modrall Sperling, where his main areas of practice are commercial litigation, state and local taxation, and renewable energy. Mr. Flynn was a law clerk for the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee with the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico. Mr. Flynn earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Arizona. HARRIETT J. HICKMAN is an attorney with Gallagher, Casados & Mann, P.C., where her main area practice is insurance defense. Ms. Hickman is licensed in California and Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Albuquerque and American bar associations, the Defense Lawyers Association, and the Editorial Board of Defense Lawyers Association. Ms. Hickman is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Maryland and New Mexico, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and her J.D. degree from Whittier College School of Law. KATHERINE A. LYNCH joined Moses, Dunn, Farm & Tuthill, P.C. as a new associate after being admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 2006. Ms. Lynch's main areas of practice are commercial and residential real estate, bankruptcy (creditors' rights), wills, trusts, estate planning and probate, banking, contracts, litigation, business, entity formation, property, and collections. She attended Hope Christian School in Albuquerque, New Mexico and then went on to the University of New Mexico. Ms. Lynch graduated, cum laude, from the University of New Mexico with her B.B.A. degree. After graduation, she worked for the Honorable Senator Pete V. Domenici in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lynch attended law school at Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana. While at Valparaiso she worked as a clerk for a judge in the Cook County Circuit Court in Chicago, Illinois; served as an extern for the Department of Homeland Security in Chicago; and worked in the Porter County, Indiana Prosecutor's Office. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Lynch returned to her home state of New Mexico to launch her legal career. She is a member of the State Bar Committee on Women in the Legal Profession and has been a co-chair of the committee since 2008 to the present. In addition, Ms. Lynch is actively involved as a volunteer and member with Christian Legal Aid, the alumnae association for the Chi Omega Sorority at the University of New Mexico and the Junior League of Albuquerque.
