RICARDO CONTRERAS is of counsel with Lewis and Roca LLP, in the firm's corporate and securities practice group. His corporate practice focuses on the formation of business entities, merger and acquisition, negotiating and drafting license arrangements and advising clients in general business matters. Prior to joining Lewis and Roca LLP, Mr. Contreras was an associate in the corporate and securities department of a multi-national law firm, and senior corporate counsel at both Eclipse Aviation Corporation and Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico. Mr. Contreras earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of California, his M.B.A. degree and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa. JOSEPH K. DALY focuses on sophisticated corporate transactions involving the law of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other financings, securities, and entity formation and operation. He maintains additional interests in real estate and construction law. Mr. Daly is a graduate of Georgetown Law School and Harvard College, and has been admitted to membership in the bar of New Mexico and Massachusetts. His civic involvements consist of service to a variety of political, art and charitable organizations.
