JEFFREY B. DIAMOND is the owner of The Jeff Diamond Law Firm in Carlsbad, New Mexico, where he practices in the area of social security disability. Mr. Diamond earned his B.A. from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and studied during the 1970-71 school year at the Dickinson Center for International Studies in Bologna, Italy. He earned his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Diamond was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Mexico, the Western District of Arkansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th and 7th Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Mexico and Eddy County bar associations, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. HELEN L. LOPEZ is a sole proprietor and practices in the area of social security disability and social security disability appeals. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). Ms. Lopez earned her B.A. from California State University at San Francisco and her J.D. from the School of Law University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall). GARY J. MARTONE is the owner of the Martone Law Firm in Albuquerque, where he focuses his practice on social security disability appeals. He earned his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree from the University of California. Mr. Martone is a long-time member of Social Security Claimants Representatives and the State Bar of New Mexico.
