MICHAEL L. This is an award granted by the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts. Ms. Helm also is a Certified Financial Planner. In addition to these designations, she is certified to work with families with children of special needs. Ms. Helm attended San Diego State University. She is active in Rotary, involved in United Way, and serves on the Board of Resources, Inc. a nonprofit agency serving victims of domestic violence. AMANDA A. PAGAN is an attorney with Atkinson & Kelsey, P.A., where her areas of practice include adoption, alimony and spousal support, child support, collaborative law, custody and visitation, divorce, domestic violence and neglect, family law, mediation, military law, paternity and prenuptial agreements. Ms. Pagan earned her B.A. degree from the University of New Mexico and her J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Mexico. Ms. Pagan also is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of New Mexico (Family Law Section). SANFORD H. SIEGEL is a sole practitioner in Albuquerque, where his primary area of practice is family law. Mr. Siegel is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, 2003 - 2004 and 2004 - 2005. He has taught seminars on trial preparation settlement, ethics, custody, support, property division and domestic violence.
