DANIEL J. BEHLES is an attorney in Albuquerque, New Mexico, of counsel to the bankruptcy firm of Moore, Berkson & Gandarilla, P.C. He conducts statewide practice representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy, commercial, and real estate law. Mr. Behles' practice has been concentrated in bankruptcy for more than 30 years, and he has served as both a Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. He has been certified as a specialist in both consumer and bankruptcy law by the New Mexico Legal Specialization Board and he has been nationally certified in both business and consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Behles is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Albuquerque Bar Association, the Albuquerque Lawyer's Club, and has been appointed by the Supreme Court to the New Mexico Legal Specialization Board. He served for ten years on the Board of Bar Commissioners for the State Bar of New Mexico, for 6 years on the New Mexico Board of Legal specialization, has served as Board Liaison to the New Mexico Disciplinary Board, has served on the board of directors of the Bankruptcy Law Section (former chair) for many years, and presently sits on the Board of Directors of the Senior Lawyer's Division. Mr. Behles is licensed in New Mexico and Colorado and represents creditors, debtors, trustees, and committees. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico. Mr. Behles is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and commercial law topics. He has held a New Mexico real estate broker's license and a New Mexico general contractor's license, and taught business law for several years at the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Management. CLAYTON E. CROWLEY is an attorney with Crowley & Gribble PC in Albuquerque, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of contract litigation, commercial law, construction litigation, ethics, and domestic law. Mr. Crowley has been responsible for more than 1,000 open subrogation matters. He has represented at least six indemnity companies in subrogation cases, including State Farm, Aetna, Travelers, Farmers Alliance, Western Farm Bureau, and other small indemnity companies. Mr. Crowley has taught seminars and classes on successful judgment collections and FDCPA compliance to other attorneys for continuing legal education credits. He earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, the Albuquerque and American bar associations, and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. R. THOMAS DAWE is of counsel to the Albuquerque, New Mexico law firm of Gallagher, Casados & Mann, P.C., where his primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, creditors' rights, estate litigation, and real estate, transactions. He has lectured at seminars involving trial advocacy, commercial litigation, real estate, and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Dawe earned his B.A. degree from the University of New Mexico and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation Section), the State Bar of New Mexico, and the Albuquerque Bar Association.
