HOLLY AGAJANIAN is an attorney with the Sante Fe law firm of Montgomery & Andrews P.A., where she focuses her practice on general civil litigation, insurance defense and coverage, and labor and employment law. Ms. Agajanian was assistant district attorney for New York County from 2002 to 2006. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. Ms. Agajanian is admitted to practice in New York, the Southern District of New York, New Mexico and the U.S. District Court of New Mexico. She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico (Labor, Employment and Health Care Law sections) and the American Bar Association (Civil Litigation Section), and is the vice chair of the Publications Committee for the Employment Law Section of the Defense Research Institute. Ms. Agajanian is a proud member of the Board of Directors of Logan's Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to finding a cure for spinal muscular atrophy, the number one genetic killer of children under the age of two. ROBERT MEAD is director of the New Mexico Supreme Court Law Library in Santa Fe, where he is the State Law Librarian. Mr. Mead was previously an instructor at the University of Kansas and the University of New Mexico, where he taught advanced legal research. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of New Mexico, and his master's degree from Emporia State University. Mr. Mead is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and the American Association of Law Libraries.
