ADAM C. BACA is an associate with the firm of Baca & Redwine, PC, Certified Public Accountants. A graduate of the Baylor University School of Business, he has practiced public accounting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His expertise lies in tax, business valuations and accounting matters servicing clients in a wide range of industries. Mr. Baca's tax practice specialties include federal and state income taxes and business valuation. Prior to Baca & Redwine, PC, Certified Public Accountants, he was a senior associate with Deloitte Tax, LLP in Houston, Texas. At Deloitte Tax, LLP, Mr. Baca specialized in expatriate tax compliance and consulting. He earned his B.B.A. and Master's degrees from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both New Mexico and Texas and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants (NMSCPA) and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). THOMAS BRODERICK is a managing partner and tax director of Broderick & Company, LLC, a general accounting practice firm providing tax, assurance and management advisory services. Mr. Broderick earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Marquette University and his Master's degree from the University of New Mexico. He was an adjunct professor of Accounting at the University of New Mexico, Anderson Schools of Management. Mr. Broderick also was previously the vice chair, director and chairman of the Brand Management Committee for New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of AICPA Tax Section. SUSAN HANSEN is a senior manager in litigation and settlement administration at REDW LLC. She earned her B.B.A. degree from Texas State University. Ms. Hansen is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the New Mexico Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She has worked in the litigation area providing law firms assistance with fraud matters, as well as class action accounting/audit failure cases and settlement administration. Prior to working in the litigation field, Ms. Hansen spent 10 years in the banking industry working with Southwest Plan banks, where she was responsible for the accounting and compliance of the covered assets, which consisted primarily of real estate held by Resolution Trust Company contracts. She then provided accounting for the conversion of covered assets to a billion dollar investment portfolio with holdings in various federally backed securities. KENNETH REDWINE is vice-president of the Baca & Redwine, PC, Certified Public Accountants, where his expertise lies in tax, business valuations and accounting matters servicing clients in a wide range of industries. Prior to Baca & Redwine, PC, Certified Public Accountants, he was a managing partner/shareholder of Redwine & Balise, PC. Mr. Redwine also has served as Chief Financial Officer for an early stage international biotech company and controller for a natural resource mining company. He has advised many middle market and start-up companies with regard to strategic planning, business systems implementation and building enterprise value. Mr. Redwine earned his B.A. and B.B.A. degrees from New Mexico State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited Business Valuator and a Certified Valuation Analyst. Mr. Redwine is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Institute of Business Appraisers. EMMA L. WHITLEY is an attorney with New Mexico Legal Group, P.C., a family law and criminal defense law firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of New Mexico and her J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. She focuses her practice solely in the area of family law, including divorce, collaborative divorce, mediation, domestic violence, child custody and support, property division, alimony, and division of retirement funds. She serves as a Guardian ad Litem, as appointed by the 2nd Judicial Court in various family law matters and has been a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, the New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group and the Albuquerque Collaborative Practice Group. She also has been a member of the Ristra Collaborative Professionals' Group since its inception. Ms. Whitley is a member of the New Mexico State Bar Family Law Section. She is also certified in advanced dispute resolution.
