BRUCE D. VARGO is a founding member of Scarpone & Vargo LLC. His business litigation practice includes matters in both federal and state courts involving a wide range of complex issues relating to contracts, employment, intellectual property, construction and others. Mr. Vargo's background enables him to provide his business clients with a unique perspective to their legal issues. He earned his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, his M.B.A. degree from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, and his B.S. degree, in computer science, from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition, for nearly a decade Mr. Vargo worked for Bell Communications Research (Bellcore), now known as Telcordia Technologies, Inc., in a variety of managerial and technical positions before beginning his legal career. Along with his litigation practice, he is a registered patent attorney and often counsels his firm's clients on proactive ways to protect and manage their business information assets, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other proprietary information, and copyrights. Mr. Vargo is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. MARC E. WOLIN is an attorney with Saiber LLC, where he concentrates his practice in business and complex litigation. He also serves as the Trustee of the Plibrico Asbestos Trust and Plibrico Silica Trust. Mr. Wolin has represented a major television telecommunications company in signal piracy litigation, working on over 140 federal cases in the state of New Jersey. He successfully represented a New Jersey superior court judge accused of violating the Canons of Judicial Conduct after a trial before the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct. Mr. Wolin served as law clerk to the Honorable Edward N. Cahn, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer in 2010 and 2011. Mr. Wolin is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Mr. Wolin earned his B.S.M.A. degree from Bucknell University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.
