September 20 - Atlantic City JOHN L. CONROY JR. is a sole practitioner in the law firm of John L. Conroy Jr., Attorney at Law in Cherry Hill. His primary areas of practice include estate planning, estate administration, probate litigation and elder law. Mr. Conroy is a frequent lecturer on matters related to estate planning, estate administration and elder law. SOWA is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor with the firm of Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. She concentrates her practice in the areas of trust, estate and taxation. Ms. Sowa is a frequent lecturer and was an adjunct professor at the Erie Business Institute where she taught paralegal/legal secretarial classes. While the majority of her career has been focused on trust and estate administration and taxation, Ms. Sowa also worked for a software company where she gained experience in the use and development of various trust, estate and tax software applications as a software trainer. He is a frequent lecturer to civil organizations consisting of professionals, accountants and insurance agents. AMIE GARTENBERG is a partner with Kirsch Gartenberg Howard LLP, where she heads the firm's trusts and estates department. HEATHER ESHELMAN McCUSKER is an attorney with Fox Rothschild LLP, where she practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, guardianship, and estate litigation. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court (District of New Jersey). Ms. McCusker is a member of the Mercer County Young Lawyers Committee, the Mercer County Estate Planning Council, the J.H. Cohn Executive Woman's Forum, the Young Business Leaders Council of the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce, and New Jersey State and Mercer County bar associations.
