JENIFER G. FOWLER is a partner in the Haddonfield, New Jersey, law firm of Eisner and Fowler. She concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate transactions, collections and elder law. Her practice includes, but is not limited, to mortgage foreclosure, forbearance agreements and loan modifications, commercial litigation, estate planning and administration, and elder law, including Medicaid planning and guardianships. Ms. Fowler is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association. She was a trustee for the CCBA from 2008-2010. Currently, she serves as secretary of the CCBA and is co-chair of the Tax Committee and Membership Committee. JAMES L. PEARL, Esquire, is admitted to the bars in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the District of Columbia, and he is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Vermont and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Pearl is a principal at Offit Kurman, Attorneys at Law. ROSSETTI is a shareholder of the firm of Sherman, Silverstein, Kohl, Rose & Podolsky, P.C. Mr. Rossetti is a highly professional and personable counselor, who concentrates his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, zoning and land use, construction and other commercial lending, and corporate and business law. With regard to real estate transactions, Mr. Rossetti has particular expertise in complex land titles and title insurance matters. With regard to zoning and land use matters, Mr. Rossetti not only appears before numerous boards across the region, but has served as Solicitor to the Cherry Hill Township Zoning Board (January 1999 - February 2003). Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Rossetti spent his professional career in the title insurance industry. For 15 years, he was president and chief executive officer of a major New Jersey title insurance agency.
