March 19 - Cherry Hill THOMAS D. BEGLEY III is an attorney with Capehart & Scatchard, P.A., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate administration, small business representation, elder law, and probate litigation. Mr. Begley is a certified elder law attorney (CELA). He earned his B.A. degree from Georgetown University College of Arts and Sciences and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Begley is an accomplished author and lecturer, and has frequently spoken on behalf of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, as well as other professional organizations. He is a former director of the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as a former chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Committee of the Burlington County Bar Association. CHARLES C. BRATTON II is a founding member of Rothamel Bratton, LLC and practices estate planning and administration, elder law, and disability planning with the firm, which has locations in Haddonfield and West Trenton, New Jersey; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Chevy Chase, Maryland. He is chair of the trust, estates and elder law division of the firm and counsels clients with regard to estate planning, asset preservation, and Medicaid qualification issues, as well as advising professionals in these matters. FEINBERG is a partner of the Woodbridge law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of tax and estate planning; elder law; estate administration; tax and business planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; and tax controversies. Mr. Feinberg is a frequent lecturer and has written numerous articles on tax, estate planning and elder law topics. He earned his B.A. degree from Bucknell University; his J.D. degree, with honors, from George Washington University Law School; and his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. Mr. Feinberg is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Feinberg has been voted into The Best Lawyers in America and also has been named a Super Lawyer in the New Jersey Estate Planning and Probate practice area. He is now co-chair of the Elder Law Section of the Middlesex County Bar. HAROLD L. GRODBERG is the principal attorney of The Grodberg Law Firm, LLC. Attorney Grodberg has been practicing elder law, estate planning and estate administration for more than 20 years. Mr. Grodberg is a certified elder law attorney by the American Bar Association accredited National Elder Law Foundation and an accredited attorney by the Department of Veterans Affairs. SPIELBERG is a partner with Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, and a member of the firm's tax, trust and estates department. Ms. Spielberg concentrates her practice in elder and disability law, and estate and trust planning and administration. She is certified as an elder law attorney by the American Bar Association Accredited National Elder Law Foundation. Ms. Spielberg is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) Council of Advanced Practitioners. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Council (ACTEC) and past chair of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
