THOMAS D. BEGLEY III is an attorney with Capehart & Scatchard, P.A., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate administration, small business representation, elder law, and probate litigation. Mr. Begley is a certified elder law attorney (CELA). He earned his B.A. degree from Georgetown University College of Arts and Sciences and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. CHARLES C. CARL A. PRICE JR. is a partner at Price & Price, LLC in Haddonfield and Sewell, New Jersey. HAROLD L. GRODBERG is the principal attorney of The Grodberg Law Firm, LLC. Attorney Grodberg has been practicing elder law, estate planning and estate administration for more than 20 years.
